It's been almost forever since I've had anything of substance to post! :D

I took a trip out west for a day and brought back some dirt, sweat, grime, lungs full of choking dust and a head full of great memories.

Thanks, I love to hear that! I've been bogged down with inertia and life but it's rejuvenating to get up and get out. I hope you and others get to, too. :D

    Schmoo,

I must say, these pictures are very moving. Maybe not in the same way as most.

I see these pictures of a once proud bustling factory employing hundreds while supporting thousands of family members. Now it is just a deteriorating carcass slowly reverting back into natures care.

    very nice indeedbowdown.gif

My fav's are Rainbow room and Hall of Ovens

These shots make me think of buildings I've seen from riding the Metra train into Chicago. I could imagine cool interiors such as these....What fun...

I also imagine getting mugged/shot/stabbed , arrested or worse!
