It's nice to know I'm not the only one with the lens pointing up at the sky ;-) Here are some of my personal favs (in no particular order:)
The line of blue between the clouds is what drew me to this one; just love the division between clouds.
This was taken as the sun was setting, and the clouds were interacting with the sun to give these absolutely fantastic rays of light. I think I've 100 of similar pics from just this moment in time all with varying focal lengths and exposures, but I like this one...
Don't ask me why, but this solitary cloud was begging to be photographed. Something about the shape, i think...
Total honesty here: this and virtually all my photographs are post-processed, some more heavily than others. This one? Pretty heavily -- it was no where near this dark or menacing when I took the picture (or I wouldn't have taken it!), but I couldn't help myself...
I call this my "Rabbit Cloud" pic. Actually on this day there were thunderstorm and tornado warnings and watches around, but this faded shortly after I took the image.
This was shot after a vicious little storm in the early summer. After the worst passed, the sun peeked out and there were all these fantastic cloud formations. This was one of several I took that day...
I was actually on my way to pick up some stuff at Walgreens, when I came across this one. I couldn't resist taking several shots of this one either...
This was taken a lot earlier in the year (the trees aren't even green yet), but the clouds were just right... a few minutes prior wouldn't have done me or my camera any good (we'd have both been drenched).
Hope you like, and thanks CoryUT for posting too, otherwise I'd not have seen all the other fantastic cloud photos in this thread... absolutely fantastic stuff here!
Note: I won't be offended if you edit my photo and repost it on dgrin -- I'm always open to new interpretations

Fad2blk - that's some awesome mammatus you captured there!
Here's a shot I took during Spring. Nothing came of it but later that was another storm from that direction that dropped quarter sized hail on us (awesome).
