Using SmugBrowser in Firefox to apply bulk watermark to smugmug galleries

Hi there,

I am trying to apply a new watermark to ALL my photos via the SmugBrowser firefox add-on. It appears to work insofar as the gallery settings in smugmug shows the correct watermark image. However, there is no watermark on the photos (except the first image in the gallery --- but that's becasue I rotated it a couple of times to "regen" it).

There must be an easier way.

Please help.

Here is a sample gallery - http://thepupil.smugmug.com/gallery/813631_ycX8X#386043748_oFhdz

I am trying to change all my public and private galleries.

Thanks

I believe SmugBrowser can only assign the watermark to the gallery - it can't apply it.

I'm not aware of a way to apply the watermark other than through the customization screen for each gallery within smug.
I went through the same thing when I changed my watermark (quite a while ago now.). It did take a while to touch each gallery, but it wasn't as bad as I'd expected it to be. As soon as I'd assigned a new watermark to the gallery, and check box appeared for me to indicate that I wanted all of the existing photos in that gallery to be watermarked with the new watermark.

    Hi Ryan,

I took a look at the second photo in the gallery. There's no watermarking queued. Either use the 'customize gallery' settings to apply it or use the watermarking tool from the tools button. The latter would be the fastest way to get watermarks applied.

Sorry, but there's no bulk tool for multiple galleries at this point.

There was an Mac OSX program to convert the galleries from the old Small, Medium, Large to the new S,M,L,XL,XXL etc.

It also had the advantage of regenerating the watermarks.
