Vince...both photos are beautiful renditions of well balanced sunsets. I like them both and can only say you did very well in rendering exact colors of a sunset in both photos.

HI Bob!
Good to see you here at DGRIN. It looks like we're both newbies to Dgrin.
Hope things are well with you and Barbara?
I read that you were just about to leave DPR @ STF and was a bit sad. Well, it looks like I'll be seeing you here at DGRIN then. Thanks for dropping by and posting your comments. They're appreciated!
Welcome aboard Vince! Lovely sunsets you have there. Here's a couple of mine.
Thanks for friendly welcome. I had to check out what Dgrin is all about since I kept on hearing many STF folks talk about it . Good to see you here too.
South Park Colorado...
Shot Sept 03' in the valley known as South Park deep in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. (Yea... the show is named after this valley)
Tell you what mate...if you ever buy a DSLR & some good glass you are going to do some more spectacular stuff. If ever ive seen someone that should have a DSLR...your it Thats my prediction & im sticking to it.
You have shown how to milk the last bit of performance from a pro-sumer
Great shots ...i love them both. really amazing & what i like !
WOW!! Some amazing sunsets
Guess I'll add my meager one. I don't have any from my newer cameras, so here's one I took with a 3.2mp Sony P72 outside of Coba, Mx.
After going there on vacation is when I realized I needed a better camera. My wife agreed.
Cheers,
Chris

You didnt happen to see a bald 0zzie running through the scrub by chance
Could have (in fact i did) taken a photo like this every night, it's just an amazing sunset every day.
I was actually going for a silhouette shot here, but the flash fired and i was more than happy with the result.
