I'm here and I can tell that now (July, August) it's hot and busy...

Well, of course for people who have a vacation this time of the year
it can be a marvelous experience

... but just to visit, you better take the next trip in... September

I'll vote for the sepia one. It's beautiful. Note quite as sure about the Chair title though. Something Home related (i.e., broader) might fit better. Bet I don't have a suggestion that I like better.
