    You want me UP at that ungodly hour? No way! Besides, we're moving into our "June gloom" season out here, and there's naught to be had but GRAYGRAYGRAY.

    Lovely colors, Humungus. I should carry a camera to work, like Andy, to get sunset piccies on the way home. Missed a good one this evening, actually. If I'm up at dawn, it's because I've been throwing up all night.
    Sid.

    Niiiiice...I never have any luck with morning/evening light. What do you suggest? I've heard you just have to wake up very early and wait and wait.

    300 quid !! You can see why poms winge!!

    Have a look at The AA's site they are one of the best references for accom throughout the UK and their star system is trustworthy. Also the underground and buses are pretty good so you don't need to stay in central London. Have a look at the suburbs - should be much cheaper (but be selective, there's good and bad areas in every city) and check they've got a tube station.

    If you need any help let me know, I'm in London for a couple of days mid June so if you want me to check anywhere out, again let me know. One last thing, its probably the same in most cities but London is full with business people during the week, there are often good weekend deals to be had if you search.

    Cheers

    Jon

    Come on you lot....not enough sunrise/set pics in here. & as fish says, no old stuff, get out there now & start showing us what youve got.

    I live surrounded by 50 foot trees at home, so my sunrise/ sunset images are not the most inspiring - but I did get his one recently in Arizona..... OH, I hope your back continues to improve also.

    Some sunsets from our last trip to Malaysia a couple of weeks ago;
    They are just cropped, not manipulated in any other way..we were amazed by the colour display every evening!

    End of my day at Benjamin Rush Park in Philly/Trevose
    I just like moodiness of this picture. And all the fluffly little cloudlets that are breaking off from the main cloud.
