Welcome to Round #80 of the Dgrin mini-Challenges.
This challenge is open to any Dgrin member. It will run from Tuesday, July 21, 9:00pm, EST time (GMT -5) to Tuesday, August 11, 9:00pm, EST time (GMT -5).
The topic ready for your interpretation: Trees
Trees are not only one of my favorite subjects to photograph, but post-process too. I love playing around with the white balance slider in Photoshop’s Raw file editor particularly for the Tree shots. All kinds of trees are welcome even photographs of just tree trunks.
Your Judges:

I am a tree lover too, lots of them in Ottawa where I am at now. But only have the P&S. Just have to work harder

Ponderosa Pine
Karrie,
I found a very similiar tree several yaers ago near Mitchell Oregon, then less than a mile down the road was another on the otherside.
There was a small sign designating the tree as a "Bearing tree, no cherries or peaches, just a few pairs"
I also like the way you captured the Swamp Spirit.

Here are a couple captured last week and an older one.
