LR Plugin "Wrong Format" on update/replacing an image

I'm updating a large number of images, and I'm consistently getting "Wrong format" when trying to replace images using Jeffrey's LR uploading plugin. I sent him some logfiles with the information, and he told me this is a SM problem. I've checked my upload log, and it doesn't register any complaints. Right now this problem…

I have traded numerous emails with your help desk. Ill just wait on their response instead of describing my problem and answering the same questions.

The jist is Im getting the same error on new uploads. Happens frequently. I was hoping it might be the same issue but apparently it wasnt.
