+1 to the "you're making us look bad" comment.
These are great shots. Color, lighting, balance, composition. NICE!

(I'd love to see some of these converted to b/w for fun!)

Very nice set - nice PP, creative poses and setups!

    I'll get picky:

#2, it looks like maybe she has a different color undergarment on? there's a weird tint near her waistline..

#4 Location of the pose, kinda looks like she has impaled herself on the landing gear strut.

Heheh....Jason...it's about the style of processing, not that she needs it. rolleyes1.gif cross between a bleach bypass/pin up/glam-beauty.

    3 7 and 10 for me.
All are excellent examples of work by someone who really knows what he is doing.
The settings, the lighting, the models poses, the processing all very well done.
3 is my favorite, love the colors and energy in it.
7 love the pose lighting and setup.
10......would be my absolute favorite but I really don't like the models pose....the shot setup angle is amazing. Do you have another pose in that one???

    Excellent work!

Thank you Zoomer for the very kind words. The last one #10, I do have a couple other looks of that same pose. I should have titled these as what was going through my mind at the time of the shoot was "Start your engines" mwink.gif With that concept in mind, she delivered an emotive, cinematic pose and look that I just went......"oooooh baby"!

There are many more from that vantage point. I was laying on the ground, not too far away shooting at 24mm on my full frame. I gave it a bit of edgy processing for the emotion but didn't want it to look like another "filter" people are clicking on these days...Laughing.gif

I'll revisit the gallery and see what else is there with that same pose. Thanks so very much again.

Swartzy, if you don't mind, how did you light the third one? Looks like the reversed door hinges help the equation a bunch, but still wondering about where the lights were relative to the model.

    Thanks, and wow.....

I entitled this "Driving Miss Daisy" (which is what I should have written rather than #3...Laughing.gif)...ok..on to the lighting:

The lighting: Miss Daisy was lit using a beauty dish from the front seat/door area (over the top of the front seat if you know what I mean). The stand and beauty dish was propped so the dish lit her upper body with sunlight streaming in the bottom...mixed with ambient and wahla. I was sitting on the ground. All the others outdoors used the BD as well and a small gridded strip box at times for rim lighting.
