Goodness, you're right. I reviewed my raw setting on each frame and in the process learned a quirk of the raw converter. What I'd done was to synchronize all 21 frames to the first frame in the ACR with the sync-WB option selected. But, it turns out that ACR simply sync'd them to "as shot" and not to the numeric values which is what I expected. (I didn't have my WB locked down in the camera which would have been fine if they'd truly been sync'd in ACR which was my assumption.) The fix is to simply change "as-shot" in the first frame to "custom", which forces WB to use the numeric values. I tested it just now to be sure. So in reality the WB is all over the place in this pano. I'm assuming the PS stitcher had a lot of fun blending things and masking the error as best it good. So I need to completely reprocess the pano, and am not likely to repeat that error again. So thank you. You have a very good eye my friend.
