God help me.
I looked back through the list of past challenges, and came across the challenge that I judged 2 years ago.
The photos were so fantastic, and the amount of folks participating was great.
So, we're going to revisit this.
I had a heck of a time judging the shots last time, I expect to have the same problem this time around.
Here are the rules: http://digitalgrin.com/showthread.php?t=168929
Mini-Challenge #101 will end Saturday, Aug 14th 2010 at Midnight in the Midwest. (Central daylight saving time)
Remember this runs for only ONE WEEK.
Here are some examples from me.
People
Places
Wildlife
Anything as long as it's Black and White, to can be entered.
Although I think I'll exclude IR shots this time around.
Also, if you entered the last B&W mini, please don't enter the same shots from that challenge.
I know 2 years down the road you have many more shots to share.
The last time we did this, there were 94 posts in the thread.
I hope we beat that this time around.
If you see a shot, or a style, or a certain way that a shot was processed, let that person know it.
I know I've been lacking at this lately, but I hope to see a lot of participation.
Have a good one, and have some fun with this.

This was taken in Bamberg, Germany with a Nikon D90 and a 18-105mm AF-S DX Nikkor lens
MP Sergeant
Airborne MP
The latter two were taken in Charkh District, Logar Province, Afghanistan with a Pentax W90. Not a great choice for great shots, but it's an awful hard one to kill.

This is a great shot Joe. I can easily imagine this as a poster hanging on my teenage nephew's wall.
Very nice Liz, wonderfully gritty. I've liked this since you 1st showed it in one of the other sub-forums.
Wonderful work Greg, you've shot some great images but this is still a favourite of mine.
This is great Joyce, well imagined and executed, I love the clarity in this image.
This is an excellent capture John, well seen and executed.
This is simply a wonderful shot Mike.
With the standard of entries so far I don't envy you the task of judging Dave.

I'm not screwed at all.
I get to view maybe 100's of beautiful photos, and I don't have to try to one up any one of them.:D
I think I got the best deal going.
You folks are doing great.
Keep the photos and comments coming.
I like what I see so far.
