Hi Anna Lisa, I'm sorry I can't control Facebook's UI :) Please just click in there and edit to your heart's content.
But you can control what the default values are in that field.

Yup, and we give two options now. Album Description, and if that's empty, we'll use site meta info that you input in Control Panel, Settings tab. I know you want a specific, third option. I heard you on that, not sure if we're ready for that but we noted it!

Ok, SO I have tried all of the things that have been posted about this issue to no avail. Before, I could post a link on facebook and I could choose an image, Now--- Its just my stupid face from my profile picture.. I look a bit like a a crazy narcisstic photographer! Giving people my link like " Hey go check me out.. No really.. Check out how hot i am"

That being said.. Fix it please!

    1. I have tried the css code in the header " All Images"
    2. I have tried the css code in the header " IMAGE URL" <- my own image of course
    3. I have deleted my profile picture
    4. Changed my cover picture
    5. RAWR!

Seriously, I should be able to type www.cmarniecephotograhy.com in my Facebook status or a comment and it should generate a link.. Not show every one my face. and I shouldn't have to go to my website every time that some one asks for a link. It used to work, but recently Ive been so insanely busy that it wasnt until my friend was Like " Hey.. I mean you are cute but your link should probably generate a picture that you took.. Not taken of you" I was definitely like well CRAP!

    Facebook Debugger thing!

When and how we last scraped the URL
    Time Scraped 4 hours ago
    Response Code 200
    Fetched URL http://www.cmarniecephotography.com/
    Canonical URL http://www.cmarniecephotography.com/
These are the raw tags that we found
    Meta Tag <meta property="fb:app_id" content="51756880368" />
    Meta Tag <meta property="og:url" content="http://www.cmarniecephotography.com&quot; />

Meta Tag <meta property="og:description" content="Chare'e Marniece Photography of Louisville Photography specializes in Wedding, Engagements, Children, Portfolio, Boudoir and Fashion!" />

    Meta Tag <meta property="og:image" content="http://www.cmarniecephotography.com/photos/i-BH5jVc2/0/L/i-BH5jVc2-L.png&quot; />
Based on the raw tags, we constructed the following Open Graph properties
    fb:app_id 51756880368
    og:url http://www.cmarniecephotography.com/
    og:type article
    og:title Chare'e Marniece Photography

    *****Update *****
i was wondering if it was not generating images because my homepage layout is laid out in a college. So I went to my header typed in the og:image meta data css code and directed it to a single stagent image of my photography brand- Went to FC debugger, it worked however the image is no big so it is cropping. So i resized < uploaded< recoded.. Same thing. I then looked on line for the official guide line size for thumbnails shared links in facebook. Resized, Reuploaded and tried again.. Nothing.. Notta

    help?!

    Hi Chare'e,

Your banner is pretty wide and that's likely not the aspect ratio that Facebook is expecting as the content on Facebook is usually displayed in a rather narrow strip in the center. What you could try, is to change the aspect ratio of your banner to be less narrow by adding white space at top and bottom. That should help.
Apart from that, I'm not aware of any way to override the crop that Facebook applies to photos when sharing a link.
