    .... I got one. I got paid more than I was expecting for the gig I'm shooting tomorrow, so I made the plunge and got one so I can use it tomorrow.

    I'm trying to figure out how to do this.. cause I got an adapter so I can plug my 5DMKII directly into it and import through the ipad, but the files will be HUGE. I tried saving RAW + Small JPG, but it made me import both files... headscratch.gif

    Any ideas? or will I have to import it to my laptop and sync it over?

    It all happened so fast.. it almost feels like an impulse purchase! (even though I've been thinking about getting one since they came out.

    That is usually how it happens. Like buying a new camera, getting pregnant.....

    Now that you mention it I felt the same way when I ordered my 5DMKII! I waited forever for them to be in stock at Canon.. But when they finally were (seriously, the website said "out of stock" then 10 minutes later I refresh "in stock") I ran and grabbed my phone, called them, and placed the order asap.

    And now the 5DMKII isn't part of the canon loyalty program anymore haha. perfect timing eh? rolleyes1.gif
