It means for whatever reason, if you see 'indexing' after a long time (like more than a day) then they didn't index. Toggle hello smuggers off and on, that will cause a re-index of that gallery.

Thanks, Andy. Do you mean I could just toggle it now in my entire site through the control panel? And do you know what types of things cause keywords to be "stuck"?

Better to do it in the gallery that has stuck keywords.
