This is the first image of a series of images I have made with these Mannequins. This project transformed and morphed as you will see in later post....but first take in this one.

WOW, love the concept and execution of your image.
Really very nicely done, love all of the beautiful details and
and the B&W is perfect.
I agree about your choice of Models, no fuss, or
wardrobe changes either:D

The second two lose a lot of impact because there's too much in the way of competing elements that draw the viewers attention. The stark simplicity that was so successful in the first image is missing in the follow-up shots.

Did you get a model release signed?

....and the models were cheap and didn't make a peep being dragged around the wilderness and strapped to the roof of my car (never did make that image!).
Now the first image into where the project steered into a new direction.

P.S. With some creative black and white framing, I'd hang this picture on my wall in a heartbeat.

A way to work off some frustration with Street!

Neil, in fact, some of the shots are using Street Photography as a building block. All the images were shot on film. The only digital process done was to scan the negs and work the curves. I need to get a hold of a scanner that will scan 2 1/4" negs....these so far are 35mm.
The project will now become more intense, socialogical, and psychological. I will, for now, not interpret what these images communicate or how they may move a person. I am interested in what others feel when they see these image both above and below this thread. Later today I will post the next part of this photographic journey. For now, I am heading out the door to skin up a mountain and down through some tree glades in two feet of powder!
Thanks, Richard, get the popcorn going!
