One more little glitch... When the Be Social popup opens in a gallery with External Links set to NO, why does the Facebook option appear at the left? At first, I thought it might give me an option to post a link without an image, but there isn't a Facebook login button under the message box. Seems like the Facebook option should just be removed -- like everything else except Twitter already has been.

MODERATOR: Should this be moved to the Bug Reporting forum?

(I currently share only via email, so Easy Sharing is YES and External Links are NO.)

UPDATE: Never mind; the Facebook login now appears!

I was wondering if there had been any word on making tumblr posts images instead of text? Its kind of silly to post a pic that doesn't show up in user's dashboards. Don't understand why this was changed, since it used to post them as an image. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK? thanks! haha

I agree, I used to use Smugmug to post photos to Tumblr all the time and from there the photo would post to facebook, since the change to Be Social no photo shows up on facebook anymore, I prefer the old way that Smugmug posted to Tumblr.

racercarshots, We released an update this morning that should once again allow you to post to tumblr as an image instead of text. It's an option, so you can do either...

rt2photo, we added a Facebook Share button now below the photo with the like and tweet buttons. Hopefully this will allow users to find it more easily...

Seems to be working for me now - thank you!

Now, how I can get the Facebook sharing out from two layers deep of menus where no one ever finds it, and link it from the picture page itself (Like the Download Image hack for originals)? :D
