I didn't know we could have personal Favicons either-- wait, that means that's what other people would see when they go to our site? Do they usually work with FF? Also, I thought if you were using the Advanced Customization you shouldn't be touching a thing in the Easy Customizer. It sounds like that thought was wrong, huh? Just wondering which is the best way to make a Favicon if you're using Adv. Customization. And is there anything this person can do? (center15, the person whose "... personal favicon only shows in Chrome..." )

But it's not consistent. Sometimes it is there and sometimes it is not.
Your page has three favicons defined. The first you can't do anything about - that's the one that Smugmug sticks in everyone's page and points to Smugmug's favicon.
The second is in the HEAD section of your customization and is something you put there. The third is in your custom header and is also something you put there and different than the previous one. The favicon declaration belongs in your HEAD section so I'd suggest you figure out which of the two you've added you want and put that one in the HEAD section and remove the one from the custom header.
Keep in mind that a user-specified favicon won't work in IE at all on Smugmug (because IE only pays attention to the first one and Smugmug always has there own as the first one), but when done right should work in other browsers.

Does that mean this is something that can not be resolved?
I do not know, Nicole - we didn't change how we display the favicon in Firefox. I'll ask around if anyone has any ideas.

I am still having a problem with my favicon consistently loading.
None that I'm aware of. On what page does it not load, and in what browser?

I removed the one from the custom header; however the problem remains the same.
