I am not SmugMug's CEO. But I responsible for this forum, and for submitting any feature requests, and overseeing them. I know this is not the answer you are looking for, but it is the only answer we have for you at the moment.

In that case, the title should be changed to reflect the fix with [FIXED] or whatever you've been doing. Then people can test this & will know it's listed as "fixed" on sight if they stumble upon it.
