Re-publishing from LR4 error

The LR4 Publishing Service to SmugMug occasionally throws up a file to be re-published that has previously been published. I don't know why it does this. Maybe LR has initiated some automatic minor metadata change in the background. Anyway, when I then try to publish, it takes a long time and eventually times out and leaves SmugMug with 3 additional copies of the same file which I then have to delete. I have no problems publishing new photos. Any ideas?

    G'day Bob,

Can you please try the most recent version here.

Portions of the uploading code have been rewritten and should prevent the duplicates.

    Cheers,

That worked great! Thanks. Although it took a bit of fiddling to update the plugin.

Another thing that worries me is that if I click Edit Settings and enter the Lightroom Publishing Manager, under SmugMug in the list of publishing services, it always says "(not saved)" whether I make changes and save them or not. Why is this?
