I have emailed all Heroes to make sure that they include Support Hero in their signature. I think most if not all Heroes have this done already, but now it's out there.
If you don't see anything indicating that a poster is a SmugMug employee then you should assume they are a customer.
There ya go! Except it's not entirely truthful, since you've come up with so many tricks and hacks and help for everyone

I know Jack about coding, all I've done is copy what others have done. I'm due no credit at all, the kudos should go to folk such as Allen, Lamah and others too numerous to mention.

Yup. That's great. Been there many times before. But you know what I'm talkin' about-- in the context of everyone (especially since this roll-out) scrambling around these forums just trying to find solutions, they want to know right in the person's image box there beside their post who's giving them an answer... i.e. is it a moderator, a hero, a SmugMug employee working in another capacity behind the scenes... or none of the above. And as we saw in this thread, it's not good if it's not obvious to people w/o hopping around searching threads. As I observed a few weeks ago, even some of the Stickies including personnel info hadn't been updated for months. I hope they have been now.
Have to agree with this one. I went to a care home yesterday to visit someone. In the foyer they had a large board showing a tiered structure of management/staff - photographs, job titles, key responsibilities, etc. What am I saying here? A care home can do it but SM can't?
I find the roles in SM really confusing. What exactly is a hero? What is the management structure in SM? Who is responsible for specific areas? Who is Baldy? It's OK for people who are in the know and have been kicking around here for years, but just think how this looks to new SM customers.
