Yup, and the utter apathy from SM regarding this issue, which is so simple to fix, is one of the reasons why I've deleted all of my pics and closed my account.

What does this say about SmugMug's current situation? Over a year since this was reported; the site's already lost at least one person over it & probably lots we don't know about. No comment from SmugMug for 9 months. It's a frustrating problem easily fixed, and there's not one soul to spare for a short time in order to fix it. It just doesn't inspire confidence. At this point I think we'd all like to know what the other "issues that take priority over this...at the moment" ( a moment that's a year old). I may finally have time in upcoming months to switch over, but coming back to find stuff like this makes me lose impetus.
