    I'm pretty sure what Taz meant when referring to kdog's image (kdog provided a link to the image in post #18 this thread) is a technique of composition, rather than of processing.
    In Joel's image, the subject(s) (windmills) are positioned against a dark sky, and a dark-ish plain background, helping them stand-out in the image.
    I tried to do essentially the same in my first image as the slender white windmills can easily get lost in a non-contrasting, and/or busy scene.

    btw... Haven't been able to ride because of an injury... indefinitely... boy, do I miss it! :cry
