Been looking through the pictures to see if any of the ones I have are there - surprisingly few.

This is one that I bet no one else has - it is a painting on the wall of a building in my town. It faces a parking lot and this side of the picture is of April 26, 1865 when Congressman Benjamin Harris was arrested by Union officers on the porch of the Fenwick Hotel for opposing the Civil War. The building is still there.

There are four Chihuly sculptures in the Atlantis casino in Nassau - This is the one I like best. It is the Seafoam Chandelier which is made of over 900 separate sea life forms - jellyfish, anenomes and seaweed. It took him only 3 weeks to create.

This is not exactly street art, but it is outdoors - Sponge Bob square pants presiding over a pumpkin field (they also have a corn maze)



Norfolk Virginia has adopted this mermaid as their logo



A number of places raise money by making fiberglas figures and then having various schools or organizations paint them. They are then displayed. Our local figures are blue herons - this one is at the local hospital and has our local spice mix for hard crabs featured.
