Geography smart rule problem

I noticed some images have gone missing from a map content block so I tried updating the smart rule behind it in case something changed in how it works. This is what I got (with error console):

Tried in two browsers with the same result.

Fixing these bugs is the only way to create a map content block that includes all (well, the 1000 most recent) geotagged photos on a map.
