Need the top part of my site to stop floating on other content

I am using Vida and just want my logo and navigation bar to stay put when you scroll down.

It looks like you have your header pinned. If you want it to scroll instead you will need to adjust the pinned section.
Customize...
Content and Design
Click Entire Site
Click Layout
Scroll to the bottom and set the pinning section to none.

When I scroll down on your site the tree logo and navigation stays in place at the top of the browser window and the content scrolls beneath it. That is the behavior you will see if the header is "pinned".
If you want the logo and navigation to scroll off of the top of the browser window (so it doesn't hide the content of the page) then you need to change pinning to "none".

Where is the theme CSS located at?
Does this work with fonts loaded to Google Drive or OneDrive?

Yes, you'll need to do this for each font.
