Unable to use Organizer

In Chrome and Firefox I'm getting the following error when attempting to navigate anywhere in the Organizer:
{
"meta": {
"stat": "fail",
"method": "rpc.organizer.getnodesbypath",
"cache": true
},
"results": {
"code": 1,
"message": "invalid login"
}
}
This is despite clearing caches/cookies and disabling ad blockers.
Internet Explorer 10, however, still works.

I found the thread https://dgrin.com/discussion/261459/cant-upload-invalid-login that discusses login problems on upload. It's possible that the resolution in that thread might help in your case as well.

SmugMug and my custom domain are specifically allowed to set third party cookies in my default browser (Firefox).
If SmugMug now requires some additional domain(s) to be whitelisted, it would be nice to know what those are, as allowing third party cookies globally is not best practice.
If you don't get a response here from someone from SmugMug it might be worth contacting the help desk - http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/emails/new.
If you end up contacting them via email, please post the answer here.

We've seen this before, and it's usually related to the browsers having issues saving the third party cookie. Though it sounds like you have everything all set to work fine and we haven't changed any domains that need to be whitelisted. I assume you've verified the settings in Chrome/Firefox are still set properly (sometimes an auto-update can wipe out the settings you've added), and tried restarting the browser and the computer just in case?

Yep. I just cleared out caches/cookies and double checked settings again tonight. I then set both browsers to accept all third party cookies, and I also disabled all add-ons in Firefox. Chrome worked fine after that, but Firefox still refuses to work.
Hey Mike,
Could you please tell us which version of Firefox are you using? I will try to replicate this behaviour.
Quantum - 57.0.2.
Hey Mike,
I am using the same version of Firefox and I cannot replicate this behaviour. Do you have any extensions installed in your web browser?
Are you using any antivirus, firewall or vpn software on your computer?
