Pending invitations not changing

I have sent out numerous invitations to family to have access to my gallery. All were accepted by email and created guest accounts but only some of the people can see the gallery. I noticed that the family members that couldn't still had their invitations in teh "pending" area NOT accepted. (despite them having gone through tha acceptance process. Any ideas?? Thx

    Is there any chance you could let us know which browsers they were using when they tried to accept the invitations?

    Both were chrome but others have been able to accept and see galleries with Chrome - including a second email address of mine.

    Did any of the pending invitations belong to email addresses from protonmail.com, gavlow? I've experienced the exactly same problem.

    For the record: Deleting the contact from the contact list, and then re-sending the invitation did the trick.
