This section of Kaaterskill Creek in the Catskill Mountains, lies at the base of Kaaterskill Falls in Hunter, NY. I slipped on the moss, fell over, hurt my wrist and got filthy and wet for this shot. Hope you enjoy

Thank you David. My understanding is that this creek is usually fuller and flowing with more power but due to a low rainfall, it left the area with pools of water and exposed rock. Worked out for me!

I really like this one. I've looked at it several times, and I always get distracted by the large granite stone in the stream, at the top. If it were mine, I would try and darken the top of that stone, so that it faded into the background, or crop the top of the stone out of the image.
Just my 2 cents.
