Ziggy note: Bryan details his default settings setup for 'His" use case.
At the bottom of his setup, he details how to save the setup as a file to a memory card, so you can save your own custom setup configuration. He also reminds that you can further save these discreet files onto a laptop, to further secure the setup configuration files.
I'll add that if you save each new setup configuration file to a different laptop folder with each folder name unique to describe the intent of each setup configuration file, you create a backup library of your own specific use cases. This saves a ton of time in case you want/need to rent a backup R5 Mark II camera, for instance, and you want it exactly setup to your specific needs! 👍
Sports Illustrated (SI) used to publish a link to similar setup files for their staff and contract shooters to load onto their Canon EF 1D Mark II and 1D Mark II N series cameras, so they were each identical to the setup specs that SI needed for their production workflow. Of course, the only difference between setup files was the shooter's individual name, etc., to differentiate the image files' sources.

Ziggy note: A sincere 'Congratulations' to both Nikon and Canon for these cameras. Lots of potential in either manufacturer's product line to produce fantastic results.

Be sure to watch Jan track a Peregrine Falcon @11:35. It's a joy to watch him shoot 40fps. He makes it look easy, and that new, world's first Cross-Type AF appears to keep up, allowing Jan to concentrate on keeping the Falcon in-frame.
