Last I heard (just a couple weeks ago I think) they were still having problems. I have been using local printers with fairly high success. But marathonpress.com was advertising some pretty good business card prices and their customer base is just photographers so their quality should be right up there.

Thanks Dragon. It's a shame. I don't have the luxury of taking the gamble my customer's orders might be OK.

Thats why I use a local printer. Overnightprints has done a good job displaying how they feel about their customers though.....

Well, my latest try at Overnightprints worked pretty well. The blacks are a little bit dense, but nobody can tell, everyone has been impressed with it. It's a fairly complex piece in terms of the trim and stuff. It shipped out of Louisville, KY on a 3 day select, and arrived on time. The backside has a watermark, and they printed it exactly as I'd created it. I still feel cautious about using them, though.

    4over4.com recommended
I've been happy ordering both business cards and postcards from 4over4.com. Good service, consistent quality, fair prices. As you might guess from their name, they specialize in full color on both sides of their products, including business cards. You can test them out and order 250 cards for free, although it's a 2 week turnaround on the freebie.
