It was one of those post that something wasn't closed I think and there was

thread name change
hi,

kind request of help with changing a thread name. i couldnt find how i could do it.

i started this thread

called 'a goettingen', but then realized i could group this small trip i am doing under one thread. with this title though it doesnt work, so i'd like to change it to

"The 1500 miles week-end"

i dont want to delete this thread (donno how anyway) or empty it and post a new one, since there are already replies.

can you please help? u can teach me how to do it myself and i wont bug you any more (teach to fish vs. feed

The way this forum is set up, is that you can not delete/change the title of the original post, sorry.

What's dgins stance on unused screen names?
I've been considering changing my screen name (for a long time) to my regular name "Jon" but this name has been registered.

It was registered in 09-2007 and has 0 posts.

I don't expect that you'd boot someone off after only a few months on inactivity, but would you ever if the time frame was long enough w/ 0 activity?
