I shot about 100 images as we approached Knoxville during a lightning storm. I was lucky enough to get 4 lightning strikes. This was the most defined. I was shooting at ISO 1600 so it's a bit grainy.

I took a few shots as we landed. Might work for the blurr challenge 68, but it's outside the time frame.

You know that picture that looked like a face on mars?

Here's my terrestrial version taken from 30,000 feet on a flight returning to Seattle from Colorado.

For the first one I looked down and I swear there it was a smiley face inside a lemon on the ground:

This second one is a little harder to see, but to me it looked like a bearded man...

This is the outskirts of the capital city of Tchad. The country is pretty much all dirt, but it has a compelling beauty to it nonetheless.

I'm not quite sure what the mounds are. They don't look like termite mounds.

    Shot From Airplane Window
Found an old shot from about 2 years ago, taken from the plane window when flying either to or from Denver USA. :D

I have no idea how many thousands of feet in the air we were, but the image was soooooooooo ghosted out, I had orginally planned on dumping it.

This edit is probably over saturated, but gosh you can really see just how barren the land was that we were flying over, I believe we were very close to the Canyons that form the Grand Canyon if my memory serves me correctly headscratch.gif ......... enjoy.... Skippy
