First one is way too clever for me to figure out where the three is, unless you're playing tree/three wordgame
The three bright trees. One on each side of the frame and the third about a third of the way from the left. I did say I was over thinking things. I was going to play with the colors and contrast to make the the bright trees stand out more, but decided against it.

1) clone out the kid
2) clone out the remnants of the sand castle
3) reframe in a way that all three birds are IN the frame, not cut in half by it.

i edited like you requested but i cant recrop the picture with the whole bird in as this is how i originally took it
i had to use an online editor to sort this as i am at work at the moment.
and thanks very much for your patience and input i am still learning but i am learning alot from this forum so hopefully my images submitted will be getting better.
Just a normal guy who see's eveything as one big picture (just wish my memory card was big enough lol)

It looks better than the original, but, in the end, it's a tosser and you may need to reshoot..
