Golly Gosh Awais........... I have never seen such a bug before, how weird is that little guy....the fact that it's green makes me think it probably doesn't live under the ground, hope you find out what it is, I would be most interested to know what on earth it is......... Great Find on your part Awais.

I've looked through 2 Insect Books and cannot find anything that even looks anything like it in either of them ne_nau.gif

Thanks for sharing your alien bug ......... Skippy (Australia)

Whatever that is, I don't want to meet up with it in a dark alley. Very very cool Awais. Are you sure you took this on planet Earth? I've never seen anything like it. What the heck is it? Looks like a scorpion mated with a maple tree....Laughing.gif

Send photos of it to the Natural History Museum or Kew Gardens. Maybe they have records of what it is or maybe as someone said, you've discovered a new species!! It might get called the Awais Beetle (if its a beetle) or the Yaqub fly or something!!wings.gif

    Here's their link

Dunno Awais ... I would give some serious thought to moving. (Here, your house would lose value because you would have to disclose the alien insect in your selling documents).
