Shadows brought many great shots and ideas.
Now let's do one of the composition classics: Frame in Frame.
Possibilities are endless, just get your camera and start clicking!
As always: fresh pictures only, no massive PS compositing, etc.
For the rest of the basic rules and index please check out this sticky.
Let's get framed!

You mean something like this, don't you ?
I meant at least one more :-) Like a window frame through the door frame, etc.

I like to submit this image looking thru four frames......
exif: Olympus e330 camera; zd 14-54mm lens with attached STF22 twin flash; 1/50s at f2.8; iso 100; 25mm focal length.
Yeah, I agree on all accounts
Cool shot, though:-)
This is a bit direct, but hey, it's frames alright:-)

Here's another one but it leans maybe more towards the shadows but is framed and the reflection is from a framed window. Ok, I'll shut up..... I think I have all the ideas covered except tilted...ya want one tilted? OK, I'm really going to shut up now........

It's an interesting "frames" shot, but you know it is not what this assignment is about:-)

This is what I'm talking about!!
I don't feel like we all did the subject justice.
We did get a few nice shots, but I know we can do better..
So let's have another week of framing:-)
Hence I want a chance to redeem myself
Help my png is too big!
It didnt go through, and I cant change the size using adobe , since I need the upgrade!
Is there any other way to get this on here?

The photo is very large and old. May be 60 years old and holding...
At the middle, my father - 20 and some years old - with his mother and father.
I know my photo is not a very perfect one.
It has the shadow of the first frame on it, etc but I wanted to post anyway.
I think it is clearlly frame-in-frame, isn't it ?
One way to do it, definitely!
Thank you for the entry!
I may enter this for the challenge too...

Camera: Nikon D80, 18-55 f3.5 stocker & 18-200 Nikon VR.... with a small collection of filters..
My Smugmug.. STILL Under construction.

Thanks!
The second one is exactly what doctor ordered!
Not exactly what I nad in mind, but, hey, it's a frame:-)
Just one, though:-)
Well......technically... there is at that very moment another very small, 15mm x 22 mm frame open in that image.
I understand, now, what you have in mind.
