    cranberry relish
    A new favorite for me... my daughters cranberry relish:

    1 cup of cranberries
    1 clemintine orange (whole...with the peel)
    1/2 cup of sugar

    Throw the whole mess into a blender, blend it up good, eat.

    My 3 year old daughter made it at school.

    I've never been big on eating organs...heart, liver, kidneys, tripe... I'll eat lots of different things and I've tried all of those (except heart) but I didn't care for them. Different strokes... :D

    No pictures but--

    Matzo Ball Soup- still not really cold enough in Phoenix for soup but we make it anyways

    Jalapeno Poppers- Jalapenos cut in half (long ways) filled with cream cheese, wrap with bacon and cook on the grill. mmmmm!!!

    Best Dipping Sauce- Soy Sauce, Onion, and 1 Jalapeno. Works well with any meat and most veggies.
