    Great shots!

    That's the trouble with expensive toy$....:cry

    How did the 400 DO perform with the 1.4 TC? I was craving this lens and then chickened out and bought a bunch of other stuff instead.

    It's always the risk! The 400 DO performs really well with the 1.4x, not so well with the 2x TC. If I did it over I would get the 500 L F4 insted. The extra reach would be worth the weight.

    Wow! Impressive collection of images. They're all very good, but my personal favorite is the cormorant silhouette.
