We've upgraded your non-existing-bug to an existing-bug. One of the engineers is on a bug-killing mission as we speak
Thanks Ivar. I could see the little critter crawling around in my computer and it was beginning to bug me. My customers are bugged also, I've had two complaints so far. Have fun.
I see we are still having the same problem this morning. I had one customer this morning tell me they can't add a single photo to the cart. Appears we are not alone. http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=52162

Hi Dan,
The problem we are having is limited to Internet Explorer 6/7, a custom domain and adding a single photo. We are working on it, but if your customers need to order now, have them either use a different browser, use the 'add multiple' links (you can also select a single photo there) or give them your smugmug address for now.
FWIW - I just went to the www.sunglophoto.com (using that custom link) and was able to select a single photo from one of your interesting places (some sort of dock with a blue fuel pump (?) on it) - added that single photo to my cart, clicked on view cart and it was there. I know this doesn't help you solve your problem, but not everyone is having that problem - hope that gives you some small warm fuzzy.

Thanks for the response Ivar, I will see what I can do, most customers just don't want to go through the trouble of doing something "different". My customers use IE 6 and 7 85% of the time on my site so this small bug is in fact a rather large one for our business and others I would guess. Good luck finding a solution.

to the shopping cart, I get the page giving the option to either "back to gallery" or "on to cart".
I'm not complaining about this, just want to provide feedback in case this was not intended behavior. If it is, great - I think customers need this sort of "in your face" feedback that a photo has been added to the shopping cart.

Yes, it's intended, based on feedback to the smaller ajaxy thing we had for the past few days.
And my problem is good also, successfully added photos. Thanks guys and thanks for the cart confirmation also, that is a good change, thanks for listening.
We *think* we've fixed this issue where some folks could not add to cart in ie7 or ie6. Please verify, let us know
Thanks!
I had friends trying to order prints of their daughter's birthday from my site. Adding single items to the cart worked fine, but when they tried the multiple photos link, they got this:
Details:
The gallery in question is public and password-protected. (Link) Everything is fine in non-passworded galleries. Everything also works for me when I'm logged in. Just not for visitors who have put in the password.
Custom domain name (www.wellmanphoto.com). When I try from wellman.smugmug.com, everything is OK.

You can add any photo and you get the proper one in the cart.
I've been at it all day and we just finished testing so I can't debug for you tonight. Bump this on Friday.
Looked through my customization (no small task - I truly am a disaster and it is a mess, not to mention the fact that I don't really know what I'm looking at...that is why it is a mess) Anyhow, can't find what is causing it any ideas...thanks

Well, I haven't actually figured out why yet, but this part of your CSS seems to be causing the problem:
Removing that, and leaving the navigation and the cart in the default places fixes the issue. I'll keep messing with it. If anyone else has the answer, feel free to share!

Not a bug, it's in your code. If you remove your customization by using this link:
http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/2345477/8/123832865#123832865
You can add any photo and you get the proper one in the cart.

Well, I haven't actually figured out why yet, but this part of your CSS seems to be causing the problem:
/*hides top cart*/
#smugmug #albumNav_top .cartbuttons, #smugmug_small #albumNav_top .cartbuttons, #singleImage #albumNav_top .cartbuttons {display: none;}
/*hides top photo nav*/
#smugmug #albumNav_top .photoNav, #smugmug_small #albumNav_top .photoNav {display: none;}
/*hides top album nav*/
#smugmug #albumNav_top, #smugmug_small #albumNav_top {display: none;}
/*shows bottom album nav*/
#smugmug #albumNav_bottom, #smugmug_small #albumNav_bottom {display: block; border: none;}
#smugmug #albumNav_bottom .rightColumn, #smugmug_small #albumNav_bottom .rightColumn {border: none;}
/*displays bottom page nav*/
#albumNav_bottom .pageNav, #smugmug_small #albumNav_bottom .pageNav {display: block;}
Removing that, and leaving the navigation and the cart in the default places fixes the issue. I'll keep messing with it. If anyone else has the answer, feel free to share!
