Nice shots, William. Good catch on the peregrine. I especially liked the landscapes.

Thank you John for the compliment, and especially for the info about the Salton Sea. We all had a great time. :D:D:D

Thanks brother, the owl is just to cute, but now I have to live up to your expectations. How many Eagles, Owls, and Falcons can I find?

Wow! Outstanding shots. I am not really a landscape person but your shot of the solitary tree with its reflection in the water is amazing!

Could you please identify the animals in your last pic? wings.gif

Thank you very much Maestro, those other animals were the hardest to capture, but I managed. The first wild animals looking for a cork screw, are Joel (Kdog) on the left and Angelo on the right. The next handsome creature looking for the wine is Russ (Ridim_maker). The last two beasts, having found the cork screw and the wine, are Joel on the left, and yours truly, William (dallas)

Why is it that I appear to occupy twice the number of pixels that Joel does? headscratch.gif

Lens distortion. Wide angle lenses tend to stretch out the objects closer to the edges. deal.gif

    fun stuff...
The peregrine must have been exciting to seeiloveyou.gif - but i bet this location below could be amazing with the right light - it's good now, it must be killer at dawn or dusk...

    Regards...Keith

    And some beauty shots

Thanks Keith, you're probably right, but since this was early afternoon it worked well for the reflection at this particular location. The changing light from dawn to dusk could offer many generous opportunities however.
