Glad to hear it worked out.
So did the ISP pull the photos or did the site owner pull them?

    Hello All,
We have success! She has removed all the "ripped" images. A few threats ..contacting ISP owner, BBB & legal action.

I would like to thank everyone for the support and direction bowdown.gif . I really believe without your help I would be sleepless again.

The planner pulled them after 28 hours. I gave her 24 hours, plus I copied "all" the letters to her and her "office" associates. I wrote letters to her ISP owner, The BBB and a lawyer (a friend of a friend). The letters included the addresses of the "ripped" images and my address, A dvd with the site "copied" and various times including a archived copy at various times and the random emails she sent me (5) with a promise to forward all phone records showing she called me 4x's including a copy of voice mail. So really she was busted!

    Thank you Smugmug people!bowdown.gif

Everytime this topic comes up we all ask the same questions. Here is a site that I've found helpful,

    Carolyn E. Wright, Esq.
    www.photoattorney.com

Hope this helps. Keep us posted as to how you make out.

Ms. Wright is helping a photographer on another forum I belong to: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,17374093

You may just be able to go to your local wal-mart (like the guy did) and see the infringing map (most likely if you're in texas).

We'll see how this turns out too.
