Call MPEX and double check on the rebate. The form says it expires on June 30, but the web site shows July 31 for expiration. Not sure which is correct.
Also, they were very cool about shipping two to me and two to a buddy and providing separate order forms so I can rebate all 4 of them.

I ordered a 4GB Ultimate, and I received a call from a gentleman there telling me they were out of stock, but they should get more in the beginning of this week. He also told me the rebate was good until the end of July so it shouldn't be a problem for me.
All I got was the web page receipt. No e-mail either. I did call up to split shipping addresses for my order of 4 8GB cards and they do have it in the system, so I'm OK...so far. They leave a *lot* to be desired as far as customer service goes and keeping you informed.
I got an email explaing a back order and a promise to ship around July 16th.
They also confirmed the fact that the promotion will be valid until the end of July.

I was at Costco just now and they have 2GB SanDisk Ultra II CF for sale.
Original price $35 and instant discount $15 brings it down to $20.
Supposedly they clearing these out and the instant discount only good until end of the month.. The one I went was out of stock, but other locations had plenty of them.

Buy.com has the Lexar Platinum II 80x 2GB compact flash for $16.99 after rebate with free shipping. Sounded pretty good to me.

I use these in my D200 and they are fast and pretty!
