    Just wonderful
I love all of these shots (a rare situation). Their visual depth I found to be inspirational. The B&W contrast levels were very artistic. I'm ready to hit my local mountains.

Way cool shots. So are they IR, or PS Filters, or do you shoot an IR set up, or what? What are you using for these effects?

Wow! bowdown.gif Amazing captures. Looks like you had some really dynamic weather while you were there. Your B&Ws really work here, although I would also love to see the color versions. Thanks for sharing these! clap.gif

    Thank You

Miguel Delinquento, I'm glad that you like them and that they inspired you. I see that you live in Washington. You guys have some amazing mountains and coast lines. I can't wait to see what you post next.

Leaforte, these are just black and white photographs converted from color. I use the two hue/saturation layer method. I also do a lot of burning and dodging to create the image that I see. The only filter that I use right now is a polarizer filter to bring out the clouds when there are clouds.

Ziggurat, thanks for taking a look, glad you liked them.

Ehughes, thanks for taking a look, have you had a chance to make it up there lately?

Art Scott, thanks for taking a look, I was very happy with the way that one turned out also.

Jamesl, thanks for taking a look. These shots were taken over a course of three months waiting to for all the conditions to fall into place. Now its up into the high sierra to see what I can capture.

Marc, thanks once again, glad you like them.

Albert Dickson, thanks for taking a look, I'm glad youl like them.

If any of you guys have any questions please let me know?

    Thanks Mikko Kangas
