I find the whole thing hilarious because it really doesn't mean anything. The only user poll I use is the "Harry Poll". I asked myself "are you happy with your cameras" My response was "yes". So Nikon scored 100% on the Harry Poll. I don't give a hoot how other users feel.

OK, no worries then. <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029383/emoji/beer.gif" border="0" alt="" > I agree that the "Harry Poll" or "<insert your name here> poll" is really the only one that makes a difference.

That doesn't prove anything Sir.

Besides, did you know that it is a studied psychological
phenomenon that people happen to be more satisfied with
a purchease the higher it's cost is in relationship to competetive
yet less expensive products? Looking at Nikon and Canon prices
it all seems to fall into place. mwink.gif

There is also a studied psychological phenomenon where people who are actually happy with a product report that they are happy with it. :ivar

I am going to use this thread to study another psychological phenomenon. Its called the silly theory phenomenon. It occurs in some Canon users when their camera comes in behind Sony in a poll. :lol4

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

You might actually be happier with the Canon's! How do you know? In the Z poll, 100% of the respondents said Harry would be happier, but poorer with Canon gear - esp the Mark III (once it finally fixed!)

Hey Harry,
what Manfr3d is talking about is called cognitive dissonance. He is misapplying the theory to support his inferior complex for owning a Canon. Obviously he need professional help...please humor him in the meantime so that he doesn't feel overwhelmed by his poor choices in camera equipment. rolleyes1.gifroflrolleyes1.gif

Yeah I guess I need to do my part when I'm satisfied.

I'm satisfied and looking forward to expanding my Canon lineup.

Besides, I'd rather use my Canon A40 2.1 megapixel than use a stinkin Nikon d300 any day. lol3.gif
