The SmugMug strap is an Excelent Strap. Just does not have quick disconnects, which I plan to add!

    Will Provide image later.

Hey Don, Let me know where you find your quick disconnects. I LOVE my SM strap, but would like hte ability to remove it in certain cases as well.

    Best,

Out your way Northern Face stores should have them (EMS - Eastern Mountain Sports around here) or you by certain cheap small dog collar and leash sets and steal them of it. using some of that strapping for this.

Way OT, Will post a separate thread later.

    Howdy Folks!

I wanted to say thanks for the stickers and camera strap - I made good use of the strap on a recent trip to China and did my best to spread the word.

Well I have done a partial conversion of my SM strap.

Used clips and some strap from a dog collar. See DIY SmugMug Strap alteration and Suggestion to Andy for next Gen Strap!

Hey All - I received my strap about a month ago or so. *love it*. For some reason, though, I received a second SM strap late last week.

I only own one body at this point, so I have no need for two straps. Anyone else want it? I'm in Minneapolis, so the ideal recipient would be in the Twin Cities - that way we could meet up and make the exchange. Otherwise, we can probably work out something to cover the shipping charges.

Send a PM if you're interested!

Two requests, one by email and one through the form. I mistakenly didn't catch the duplicate and fulfilled both requests.

    No worries. Enjoy them!

Now that I've been using my strap for a few weeks, I just had to post a note to say thank you again. I'm usually running around like an idiot with big heavy L glass dangling from my neck or slung over my shoulder and my old strap used to really dig into me and make me miserable by the end of the day. My new Smuggy strap is so comfortable that I don't even notice the weight anymore. :ivar

Just wondering if you need to be a smugmug member to get the strap/stickers?
I 'signed up' for them ages ago (Few months I think, can hardly remember) and havn't received anything but I was only a member of Dgrin, not Smugmug. I am now a Smugmug member, and want to make sure I'm on the list mwink.gif
