    I think Icebear meant HK Supplies is huge, while you meant the remote device is small.

    oh,ok...i never look at the size of these guys shops myself...i only ever look to see that they are a power seller & that their history is not hi-jacked.

    Actually, one reason I bought the remote from them was just to test their reliability as an eBay vendor. I figured that if I got burned, it would only be for $35US or so. Didn't get burned.

    Anyone have a current link for "the" EBay remotes mentioned here?

    Rex's dpchallenge link doesn't work (require$ member$hip?), and the EBay items linked are long gone.

    I found this. Seller rating looks solid, has anyone bought one of these?

    That is the one I am waiting for delivery on......for use with my KM7D's.......LOOKS LIKE RIGHT NOW THEY HAVE ONLY 2 FOR CANONS and tha is all......can't wait for mine to arrive and see if it as good a GUS said........

    I actually got impatient/distracted last night and ended up at DealExtreme,, where I ordered this, which looks quite similar. Also got a 30mW green laser for $25! And a Puffer style pop-up flash diffuser for $5! To be fair, I think the Puffer diffuser is Gary Fong's invention. I bought one from him, and I think you should too, before you buy the $5 ripoff. But Deal Extreme is pretty cool...

    Thats the unit. BTW ..i replaced my battery with an energiser thinking i was doing good but it went arse up on me after maybe 50 hits so just leave the originals in.

    Yeah people in australia are buying up lasers like crazy atm. They are being banned on the 1st july due to a few idiots pointing them at passenger & emergency aircraft. I bought a 50mw last month & tried it out in a very remote place last week-end at night...man it was amazing to point at stars with a light saber.
