At long last, the book is here! Anyone who has ever visited Glacier NP will know the incredible power of the dynamic landscape... but here is the collection of favorite shots from the 2007 Dgrin/SmugMug shootout. What better way to capture the beautiful scenery than gather 50 avid shooters and set them loose for 5 days?
You can download the first 15 pages in a low-res .PDF file here. Personally, I think this book looks phenomenal - but of course I had excellent images to work with. They speak for themselves. :thumb
As a reminder, no profits are being made from this project. It's just a bunch of our shots by Dgrinners for Dgrinners, to preserve all the wonderful things we experienced. To get $10 off shipping between now and April 2nd, enter the code 'smug108.'
A million thanks (and three wishes, first born children, etc) to pathfinder, ian, Scott Quier, gluwater and Nikolai for their eyeballs and suggestions during the final editing stages. Thank you so much to Dgrin/SmugMug for hosting a wonderful shootout every year and for lending us patient, experienced, generous and talented pros to drink beer with in the lounge. And of course, thank you to Blurb for the books and the free shipping! I had a complete blast putting these images into this yearbook and I relived the memories again and again. Can't wait until Moab! :smo

Thank you so very much!
Thanks so much to Steph for putting this together and also to those who contributed their wonderful images. The shootouts wouldn't be nearly as fun as they are without all the great people.

Seriously, thanks for spending the time on making this book, it is fabulous. We are glad to be a part of it and I speak for Blurb also, they are excited to have such amazing books for sale in their bookstore. It is their pleasure to provide the free shipping.
I look forward to more!

I it - editing/formatting satisfies that organizational urge in a way only OCD freaks can understand
I look forward to getting my copy too. It's such a great feeling to see your photos for really-real. Thanks for the support, everyone! But the shooters did all the real work.

Blurb prints them to order, though you can do bulk printing if you have enough interest. This is the first time we're doing something like this, though.
I ordered mine to get the link live, and got the shipping notification last night. I can't wait to get it! :ivar
