    April, you almost got me in trouble with my wife with that endearing photo of me and my camera. She said it confirmed her position as #2 in my life rolleyes1.gifI told her she miscounted, she forgot about the sports car and computer iloveyou.gifD

    Mine are in Winnipeg -made it across the border without delay - YAY!!!!

    On track for delivery Tuesday (it is a long weekend here so cannot expect it to move today or Monday).

    I got mine today! :smo:

    thumb.gif Great job Schmoo!! (And all photogs!) I saw the UPS truck, but the guy went upstairs...so I went up and the receptionist said "No packages today." I was so said, but logged on to UPS tracking info and saw that it said "DELIVERED" and had a partial signed by name of someone on the third floor...so I tracked them down and got my package. Now, most of my co-workers have seen the book and they all agree...it's great!!

    Well, I am amazed! wings.gif Found the book on the dinner table when I got home from work late tonight. Ripped open the packaging and, well, gosh! thumb.gif Schmoo, you have done an absolutely fantastic job on this project. And everyone who took all those great shots deserves applause too.

    I didn't expect a cover sheet or the hard binding. That's a bonus. Just beautiful.

    I received mine Tuesday, the 25th.

    Schmoo gets a special thanks for putting this together. Great choice of images. Color seems spot on. The Dust cover is great. Just lovely.

    Schmoo,

    I got my book last week, and was blown away by the quality of the images and the thought that went into the text and layout. You really did an amazing job! I've already made all of my family and house guests look it over, and they all enjoyed it.

    My congratulations go out to all the photographers that contributed to the book, and some who's pictures didn't make it in. No disrespect to you for your editing, but I'm certain some of their shots deserved it more than some of mine that did get in. It really is a talented group, and I'll be going back to the book for inpiration and motivation throughout the year.

    Just to be clear, I pulled the images from the "Best of" thread and the resulting gallery of images that was created specifically to showcase photos taken by people who had given consent to be published. In one or two cases I had to directly contact people who had expressed interest but hadn't submitted images by the time I started the layouts. To the best of my knowledge there were no shooters from the trip who were cut who wanted to be in, and I tried to use as many images as possible from the pool of donations. In some cases there were just too many per shooter, but overall having to drop photos was rare. thumb.gif

    If for some reason this was not the case, send me an e-slap via PM! :D
