Inspired by Marisa's Post - Old & Abandoned Stuff

Seeing Marisa's old truck reminded me of a shot from a few years back. It was taken on a farm in Missouri where we had our Boy Scout Summer Camp. I'll bet a lot of you have shots like this. I thought it might be fun to see if many of us have been similarly inspired by the old & abandoned. These things seem to bring a sense of mystery with them. Let's see what you've got!

Wow, your old house looks a lot like the one I found...They both appear to have even had a stoop that was the same (although it's missing from yours)

Sorry, had to be done.

That´s it
Schmoo, #2 and #3 are outstanding. The color and comp really stand out well. Did you use available light or fill flash? Whatever technique you used, I love it

I know..lol,,I had to take a double take myself and wondered if you had driven by here. Until I saw the chimney and plants ect....:D
Sadly someone painted **half of it white, wish they had left it alone.
I should have adopted it when I had the chance.
The only thing holding it up are the trees that surround it

Thanks very much - it is a wonderful area. We had three scout summer camps on the farm while my son was in the troop. The farm is in Westphalia.

BTW - thanks to all who have contributed so far - I'm up in the Sierra this weekend, so I'm contending with dial-up, ugh! But, it is fun to see a thread come to life with such neat stuff. C'mon you lurkers - show us what you've got!

I decided to over-process these a little, especially the last one, just for the heck of it.
