    Yep mine's down too.
    First I lost my banner which I thought was my issue as I was altering some other things.
    Just spend 40 mins trawling through code....
    Then lost my theme settings and then lost my website direct link address.

    Glad it's being worked on.
    Only been a member for under a week and I really love the customizable set up (was a long time Fotki user), but i'm a bit upset that smugmug has been down twice in 6 days......

    Hello

    I have been working on my website a lot over the last few days. This evening I was customizing many new galleries. I thought I was being careful to back up the CSS twice before pasting back into my site. But it seems something has gone terribly wrong.

    Pages I was working on completely changed, themes and all, then trying to get back on the home page to assess the extent of the damage, I couldn't even log on, it seems as though my site has dissapeared??????

    Very Anxious, Please help.

    I'm in the same boat Shane, i've uploaded about 6000 in the past few days and done a lot of customization which appears to have gone.

    Sounds like it's being worked on, I pray it's not all lost....

    Yep mine is back up.
    Was wierd thought. My banner was the first thing affected followed by everything else about 10 mins later.

    Then everything came back up except for the banner which took a few more minutes.

    Anyway, all looks good again! Thanks

    Mine is down as of 1:48 am cst I get the page cant open the page safari and FF on a mac.
    Could this be related to every thing running so slow for the past few days, the down time and the server upgrade last week
    I know my spelling and grammar are poor some times my spell check says "I got nothing
    for you" and there/ their is no grammar check yet so please forgive me Jesus did.

    I'm not able to log in or upload photos. My site isn't displaying (but this may be a connection issue on my end).

    I'm trying to remain calm... before the "banner" about temporary difficulties came up, I tried to have it reset my password (thinking it could be me and not the system) and it said my email address didn't match anything in the database.
