Thank you for your hard work to resolve this issue . I understand all systems will have glitches sometimes. But this time I'm not seeing the kind of communication I've come to expect from your excellent standards of service. What's going on? When will it or might it be fixed? Could we have another status update please? Should I be reading a support blog to receive updates?

I'm not part of the ops team, so I really don't have the details to provide. Don posted over on our status blog.
In regard to uploading, I haven't tried...I will get one of our support guys to give it a try.
